چکیده
Based on a rolling bearing-single disc rotor, centrifugal force is generated due to the influence of unbalanced factors such as rotor eccentric excitation, bearing restraint stiffness, and rotating stator clearance, which leads imbalance system, resulting in problem friction between stator. This paper establishes dynamic model single-disk supported by bearings, fourth-order Runge-Kutta numerical integration method used solve it. Bifurcation behavior nonlinear response at rotational speed. The results show that characteristics system are significantly different changes elliptic eccentricity, speed, constraint stiffness; when speed increases, gradually appears bifurcation, quasi-periodic motion, instability increases. Therefore, reasonable selection working gap can reduce non-periodic vibration caused improve stability operation.

متن کاملMathematical Model of Dynamic Behavior of Rigid Rotor inside the Rolling Element Bearing
Rolling bearings are one of the most important uproar and vibration generator into mechanical constructions. According to that, it is very important to know ascendancy of rolling bearing construction to main parameters which determine level of uproar and vibrations produced inside machines. This paper present new mathematical model of dynamic behavior of rigid rotor inside the rolling bearing. ...
متن کاملDiscrete Element Modeling of Dynamic Compaction with Different Tamping Condition
Dynamic Compaction (DC) is a common deep compaction method that is usually used for densification of coarse-grained soils. Although traditional continuum-based models such as the Finite Element Method can be successfully applied for assessment of stress distributions or deformations induced by DC, they are typically not adequate for capturing the grain scale mechanisms of soil behavior under im...
متن کاملNonlinear Vibration Signature Analysis of High Speed Rotor Due to Defects of Rolling Element
This paper presents a mathematical model to investigate the nonlinear dynamic behavior of a high speed rotor-bearing system due to defects of rolling elements. Two defects have been considered for the study, one defect as off-sized rolling elements and other defect as rolling element waviness. In the formulation, the contacts between rolling elements and inner/outer races are considered as nonl...
متن کاملDiagnosis of Rolling Element Bearing Fault in Bearing-gearbox Union System Using Wavelet Packet Correlation Analysis
The failure of rotating machinery sometimes involves several faulty components. Existence of both bearing fault and gearbox fault is widely observed and in this situation the vibration feature of the bearing fault can be masked by the faulty gearbox vibration signals. In this research, a method is proposed based on wavelet packet transform and envelope analysis to extract fault features of the ...
